   Yes we all could understand that there are very less sources of motivation in primary sector of employment but first of all we need to understand "what motivation exactly is?" in my opinion self motivation is the best source of motivation cause no one can understand you better than yourself.

     All you need to do first is study yourself first cause you're the only one who knows from what you are suffering from so that pain and that situation will not let you sleep. It bothers you to think on it , to overcome on it and empowers you to give your best. According to the science of getting rich books everything starts from your thoughts , every thing depends on your thought system even Dr. Abdul Kalam said "small aim is big crime" so think big , dream big and run for it.

   There is no need to look for special motivation in primary sector of employment . Just keep doing your things, keep learning, keep working and keep updated yourself so you'll automatically get what you deserve. Focus on what you are good at and give your best for it cause success needs time it needs patience. Patience is a key of the success .
